5-Course Tasting Menu at Nightshade Noodle Bar
Nightshade Noodle Bar offers 7 – 14 course tasting menus featuring Vietnamese & French inspired seafood and noodle dishes, but starting in April, on Sundays diners can opt for a special five-course tasting for $60.
With guests’ preferences in mind, James Beard Award Semifinalist (2023) Chef Rachel Miller personally creates course after course to satisfy diners’ palettes, often providing the opportunity for guests to try foods and flavor combinations that are new and exciting.
While the tasting menu changes daily (yes, daily!), sample courses include Preserved Wild Mushroom Claypot with grilled coconut sticky rice, Lobster Glace, smoked vanilla butter, vanilla chili vinaigrette and of course, Nightshade’s namesake Homemade Egg Noodles, made with flour from across the street (One Mighty Mill) and prepared with caramelized garlic sauce, chili crisp, thai basil, peanuts – with the option to add shredded beef, braised mushrooms or both!

NNB requires proof of covid vaccination – photos, emails and paper cards are accepted.
NNB includes a 20% admin fee on all orders in lieu of a tip. Labor laws in MA prohibit the sharing of tips with non-servers, which means that those preparing the food don’t get to benefit from an increase in business on a nightly basis. The admin fee allows NNB to share the tip-pool with these roles that are so integral to the Nightshade experience.
Well-behaved children with adventurous palates are welcome to dine at Nightshade Noodle Bar. Please note that NNB does not offer an a la carte menu, therefore all guests, including children, must participate in the tasting menu experience.
