This special staged concert performance plays for one night only on October 5, 2024 at 7:30 pm at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, MA. With a stunning score and libretto by Curtis K. Hughes, this unique production transforms the true-life words exchanged during the unforgettable 2008 Vice Presidential Debate into a riveting musical journey. The talented cast features Jennifer Ashe as Sarah Palin 1, Aliana de la Guardia as Sarah Palin 2/Diane Sawyer, Amanda Keil as Hillary Clinton, and Brian Church as Joe Biden/Joe “The Plumber.” The ensemble includes percussionist Mike Williams, saxophonist Philipp Staudlin, cellist Stephen Marotto, and clarinetist Amy Advocat, all of whom will bring this thought-provoking and entertaining exploration of American politics to life.
