BVB(NE)is a cultural educational organization that was started in India by one of the authors of India’s constitution. K M Munshi. It has numerous centers scattered throughout India UK and ofcourse USA In India it also has a number of colleges under its umbrella where cultural as well as technical subjects are taught. Its aim in America is to promote East Indian heritage and build bridges between itself and other cultures present.
