Itchy Feet plays an eclectic mix of straight-ahead jazz and hard-driving swing. Lead by trombonist Wayne Branco, Itchy Feet is a nonet with six horns, keys, bass and drums. The band members are among Greater Boston’s busiest musicians, arrangers, and educators. The band’s repertoire spans several jazz eras, incorporating a mix of styles from swing to modern jazz. Original compositions and arrangements are written by band present and former members David Johnson, Jim Repa and Brian Lewis.
