Kelly Slater is a visual artist and art teacher.  Figurative abstracts of the landscapes and plants of the Northeast—especially trees– are her current focus. Kelly also teaches printmaking without a press, introduction to artist’s sketchbooks and books, and improvisational drawing via Zoom.  She also teaches workshops in community settings–such as public libraries and parks and through residency programs.  She offers instruction through Zoom on a self-selected sliding scale of $15 – $75.  In person workshops are offered at prices ranging from $250 – $400. As a thank you for residencies, Kelly offers a free workshop to the community.
