Since 2019, Utopia Dance Company has been a respected leader in the dance community of Lawrence and beyond. Our mission is to preserve the Latino culture through the love of dance. Utopia Dance Company members range from the ages of 6 and 70, focusing on folkloric and modern styles of dances within the Latino culture. These styles include but not limited to Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Mangulina, and more! Our staff is made up of high-level, sought-after dancers and choreographers with years of experience in the dance industry and who share a huge passion for the Latino heritage. Utopia Dance Company instructors have trained numerous individuals into confident, well-rounded dancers and performers that are prepared to conquer any stage and/or dance floor!
