Founded in 1981, Rockport Music presents exceptional concerts and cultural events in its new home, the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Located 45 minutes north of Boston, Rockport Music is best known for its summer chamber music festival which features the world’s finest ensembles and soloists. With the opening of its new concert venue in June 2010, Rockport Music has expanded its offerings to include year-round presentations of jazz and world music, high-definition broadcasts, and film.
