Hailed as “New England’s most magical sport for chamber music” (The Boston Globe), the Shalin Liu Performance Center, part of Rockport Music and home of the Rockport Chamber Music Festival is an intimate concert hall set in the picturesque town of Rockport, MA. Founded in 1981 as the Rockport Chamber Music Festival, Rockport Music presents classical, jazz, folk and pop music in the “stunning acoustics and dramatic setting” (Boston Globe) of the Shalin Liu Performance Center. Education and community outreach activities serve over 10,000 students and adults throughout Cape Ann and the North Shore annually.
